Looks like the first two volumes are from Fry's Electronics. Wonder if the seller held on to those or he was lucky enough to find them still laying around at the only store in his state. I'd be surprised if that Fry's really did have them shelved away somewhere. My Fry's never stocks anything that's OOP, let alone titles of a dead format. I'd be interested if I didn't already have the BDs, though I can't remember the last time I played HD-DVD.

You could always use a sniping service. You pay them a little, but it lets you get that bid in at the end if you can't do it manually.

You could always use a sniping service. You pay them a little, but it lets you get that bid in at the end if you can't do it manually.

Yeah, I thought about that. Do they only charge you if it's successful?

I guess if I was really serious I would have put down $75 or placed an Amazon.jp order, since it usually averages $90-100 on the secondary market. I dunno if it's because of the nendos or the anime itself, though. I don't really care about the nendos. I wish they would have done a regular edition BD release.

Yes they only charge you if you win. I use auctionsniper and they charge the greater of 1% or $0.25 for each win.
