Since the reveal of the slates is usually the 15th of each month and the 15th falls on a Sunday, I wonder if it will be moved to the 16th or whether it will be revealed by Friday of this week. Ether way, for December I am hoping to finally get a copy of " The Morose Mononokean II, Meiji Tokyo Renka, The Quintessential Quintuplets and I am also hoping the first part of Fairy Tail Final Season comes out. It would be good for them to release That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime, Part 2 released before the new year so all of Slime is released this year. Dragon Ball Super, Part 10 is a given based on their release pattern. Just like Slime, A Certain Magical Index III, Part 2 would be nice before the new year as well.

I have pretty much given up all hope of any new One Piece Voyage this year, FUNimation really needs to give an explanation of what is taken them so long when there is proof that they have recorded all of Punk Hazard. Hopefully if not in December, they could release the first Voyage of One Piece Season 10 in January... Having One Piece continue in the new year would be a good way to start 2020.

Wouldn't Super Part 10 be more likely for early January?

I'm not even sure what to make of the One Piece situation anymore, it's extremely strange. I agree 100% that it's ridiculous that we don't know what's going on. If the worst has come to pass and they're dropping it, they sure are taking a long time to be upfront about it unlike Case Closed, Kodocha, Toriko, and others. But I don't think that's the case, and I'm still hopeful that something is going on either behind the scenes with Toei, or they're working on something else. The fact that Punk Hazard is just gestating completed somewhere is even more baffling; what was the point behind this gap?

At least we have confirmation that Stampede is getting dubbed. That would have been dreadful news if it was getting passed over.

Yeah, the One Piece situation has gotten ridiculous. While the Punk Hazard arc is long, it has been over a year since they said that they are doing the Punk Hazard arc, and it should be out by now. And for Slime, I'm hoping that they can release the second half with a LE seeing that they are giving crappier isekai shows LEs, but not this one that was hyped up quite a lot. One other title I'm looking for them to release in December is SSSS.Gridman, and given how heavily Funi promoted this show that there's no question that a LE is coming.

Happy 30th Anniversary DBZ, fans won't get a proper Blu-ray release.
Happy 20th Anniversary One Piece, fans won't get more episodes or older movies on discs here.

Thanks for nothing Toei & FUNi!

Seriously though, Funimation are surely continuing the dub for the One Piece TV series. They aren't acting like a company who are ready to cancel the main show.
You've got that Merry route of the One Piece binge, the Podcast, all these specials they are releasing, and now Stampede. If they were cancelling it, then they needed to say so a while back. The silence on this has been frustrating, though perhaps they are waiting for the Anniversary to announce further episodes.

While more dubbed One Piece releases would be great, I'm still wishing upon a star Funi would continue those stellar Collection Box sets which each compiled 4 collections into a classy artbox with some postcards and a wanted poster.

Didn't One Piece start to get released on Blu Ray around the Punk Hazard arc in Japan? Maybe the hold up is because Funimation want to start releasing the series on Blu Ray from here on and that there is a certain time period they have to wait on before they can start to do that? (just like any other English release on BD, thanks to the shared zone code).

And today, we shall now what's coming in December. Hopefully, it will be something I can gladly put in preorders for as the fall 2018 season features plenty of great stuff, and we should be getting at least something from the winter 2019 season. As much as I want to see something from Shield Hero, there's a good chance Viz releases that instead seeing that there are two more seasons coming, and it's a longshot it will be solicited in December on top of that provided that it was locked in as one of the last titles of Crunchyroll's partnership.

It’s a weak release slate, though that’s to be expected for December as not much gets out during the holidays.

Wow, if that is all of December then I am disappointed. Mostly re-releases, with only a couple of new releases here. I see that Conception BD has a release date of November 26. Was this a late solicitation or a mistake with the release date? But man, I hope there are more for December coming out soon. I am not impressed.

Nothing for me. First time for Funimation in a long time. January will likely be busy though, I’m hoping that’s where more Attack on Titan lands, and I’m sure that’ll be the last Super release as well.

So that officially marks 2019 as having zero new One Piece voyages, and not a peep from Funimation as to why.

lol. Pretty lame month from Funi. Essential trash basically. Where are the last two weeks of December though?

Also, so glad I give no shits about One Piece.

Nothing for me, either. I'm sad about no One Piece dub this year.
Any chance they'll surprise us on the 20th Anniversary with new episodes on Funimation now?.
Oh yeah, this is Toei, so no chance.
