If the show GaoGaiGar got it's dub finished, would it be eligible to air, or do you think it would be too old to be aired?

It's probably too old at this point, but I tried to get it before!

With all these shows allegedly in production is it safe to say that Toonami is here for the relative long haul more or less regardless of overall ratings and whatnot? I realize there are probably a lot of factors but

Toonami remains a network priority. These shows cost a lot of money and if our future was uncertain at all, we wouldn?t be getting production money.

What's the rough eta of the Blade Runner anime?

Can't say just yet but I am very excited about the story and think we have an amazing cast.

Will one piece ever run on toonami again?

    Doubtful

A post-credit scene that should have run after this past Saturday's Attack on titan episode was mistakenly cut off. If you want to see it, here it is. Sorry for the mistake!

Maybe it is mainly because Crunchyroll owns the master rights of The Third Plate. When Toonami air The Third Plate, Sentai would have nothing to do with it.
( Crunchyroll just arrange Sentai to release The Third Plate on Blu-ray, though)

It won't be until next year when the dubbed episodes of The Third Plate are due to air, but this ought to be a sign that it's release is coming soon.

After tonight's episode of MHA (which wraps up the first part of the Provisional License Exam arc), only seven more episodes remain for season 3. That would end MHA Season 3 on August 17th, with at best only the next two episodes doomed to that late timeslot, as SAO Alicization's last episode before the break is July 13th.

Didn't exactly seem like Toonami material, but I'm happy for it. Lots of Shokugeki news these days!
