While Amazon calls it "Selector Infected Wixoss Collector's Edition [Dual Format] [Blu-ray]" the above blog refers to a BD-only release and the Anime-on-Line listing is the same.

According to AL Podcast #14...this will be delayed from that April 18 date. Asset deliver issue, was sub-licensed so nobody knew assets were missing until AL went to use them.
Zavvi are cancelling pre-orders and it is not coming up in the site search. Unless that is an error this could be another title like Ninja Slayer that has shifted labels from AL to FUNi?
OTOH, it is still available to pre-order from Amazon, currently set for release on November 14th. Likewise it is still listed at AoL, although their release date is "TBC 2016".

This will be coming in April – date to be confirmed – but we can tell you our Blu-ray Limited Collector’s Edition release of this will come in a rigid case, with a digipack to store the discs. Also included will be a 36-page art booklet featuring character information, a special column from a representative of Takara Tomy in Japan talking about developing the game, and two round table interviews. One with the Sound Effect staff and the other with Producers.
