    • There's a new option under "Account Overview" that I don't remember seeing before called "Ordered Items" and it looks like it shows my order history as far back as 2013 WITH INDIVIDUAL ITEMS AND PICTURES!! [I'm not sure how long it's been there, but this is the first time I've seen it.] It's nice, but it seriously NEEDS A SEARCH OPTION! Before Got Anime changed the rules I ordered a gazillion things so as it is right now doesn't help that much, but it is nice to have now. Most of my order history since 2016 is saved in my email so that's still the fastest way for me to check more recent older orders.

        As in, so long as one order is qualified to ship, all in-stock items from all open orders (which may otherwise be held up by pre-ordered items) should ship? That's how I've always come to expect RS to operate in the nearly 20 years I've been ordering from them.

        I've had two orders held up by their pre-orders for a couple months now, containing OOP and now OOS Aniplex titles, as well those monthly Kodansha GWP pins, and even though I've received a total of 10 shipments since then (including an order I made after the suggestion above by RS CS), none of the items have shipped, and I'm wondering what is going on with these two orders, or if RS simply changed that backend policy in general. Has anyone else noticed a change? Otherwise I'm gonna have to wait until June to see if I ever get these OOS Aniplex BDs and GWPs, and will have to cross my fingers that even if I do, that they'll be undamaged.

        Tried working it out with CS but they closed the case before I even had a chance to reply. =/

          We'd love to look into this to see if there's a reason that back end trick didn't work. Could you please DM us with the order numbers in question?

            Product that doesn't require shipping
            . Is this something new or is there issues with my account ? Kind of a little confusing in the wording .

            • Closed orders also show that "Product that doesn't require shipping" and I already got all my packages. Rightstuf need to clarify on that wording.

                  • This might be a weird question and I'm asking it here because this may apply to other people too. I pre-ordered the medium sized "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime" plush because it was a little cheaper than what Tokyo Otaku Mode was offering for it. When I placed the order there was no notation saying "Excluded from Free Shipping." NOW there is! My order doesn't show a charge for the shipping. So, am I going to be charged shipping for it when it ships or not? (Assume I make no changes to the order. If I made changes, I would totally expect being charged.) For kicks I checked to see how much shipping was and almost fell out of my chair so I REALLY want to know if I need to cancel it or not before it ships (which would make me sad because I would have ordered it from TOM instead when I had the chance if I had known shipping was going to be THAT much for shipping). So, yeah...somebody please advise. Thanks!!

                      What your order total is when you check out won't change unless changes are made to the order. I'd be happy to take a look at the order though to verify what you've described just so there are no surprises when your order is ready to ship. PM me your order number when you get a chance and I'll take a look

                          Right Stuf Anime International Shipping Update

                          For our International customers, you'll notice the addition of FedEx International shipping! These rates, especially if you have an order which is more than 4 pounds, really are significant savings over our other shipping options (and much faster delivery).

                          Taxes will still need to be collected at the time of delivery along with the fee that each individual country charges to collect those taxes (known as an advancement fee). Remember, these would have to be paid no matter what shipping method is used. However, thanks to this new shipping method, the brokerage fee is now waived!

                          To Recap:
                          • Lower shipping cost (especially for packages weighing over 4 lbs)
                          • Much faster delivery
                          • Taxes and Advancement Fees are still collected as they have always been (nothing changes here)

                          • Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to delete an address from our Right Stuf account's address book? I don't see any way to do so, and the only thing I can edit from an already saved address is the phone number.

                              I believe you'll need to contact our Customer Care Team directly to have them remove it for you. You can call 1-800-338-6827 Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM or Live Chat via the 'Help' option at the top of our webpage.

                              • Trying to place my first order in a while at TRSI, and clicking on Place Order at the end of checkout... does nothing. Tried it on 2 computers and my cell so far. It's certainly demotivating.

                                Not that I'm asking anyone else to go and place a new order just to see if things work, but at the very least has anyone ordered anything today already, or pretty recently? Is it somehow just a problem on my end?
