Sentai titles are different though. They're a lot more (in Canada) so I'll still be doing a $250 plus order but it will probably be mostly Sentai titles with perhaps the odd Nozomi and Discotek titles as well.

Yeah, I'll probably order both GitS TV boxsets in the next few days. Tiger and Bunny and Girls und Panzer I'm interested but I can wait on them, already own Persona 4 and Sailor Moon, and everything else is a pass.

There are a bunch of things I want to get in this sale, and some pre-orders outside the sale, do rightstuf still not charge and ship until the pre-order item is ready for dispatch? Also I might make 2 pre-orders since the FUNimation stuff is limited until the 30th and then depending on what's added after that date I'll make another order with the other half of my pre-orders and then combine. Does this sound about right?

I went ahead and made my first holiday sale order with Food Wars Manga 3-9 and Time of Eve DE, as it's the last day the former is available (was waiting for something must-have that put me just over the free shipping line, but ultimately nothing in that price range came up as high priority). I might get the Madoka Rebellion Blu-ray since I've been leaning towards that (away from the LE) for a while. Yamada-kun is a maybe, particularly if I need something extra for free shipping in a future order.

If using credit card you'll get pre-authorization charge of $1.00US (or local equivalent, $1.33CA in my case) when you place your order. This will eventually drops off your credit card. Then you get charged when the order ships.

I seem to remember you are outside the USA, so Rightstuf tries not to do partial shipments for those orders. And don't forget Rightstuf ships pre-orders when they get stock, they don't wait until the release date.

Tiger and Bunny is actually a limited quantity item. We're not too low on it yet, but please keep it in mind. If we run out tomorrow, I'll be too busy with Thanksgiving to give you a heads up on low inventory >_<

From the new offers on Day 14, I'll be getting Outbreak Company.

Seeing that I have enough stuff on my to-buy list already that I decided to place an order seeing that the Funimation stuff is available for just this week. For this order, I am getting Hal, Outbreak Company, and Ambition of Oda Nobuna to get the ball rolling. That will leave me with Little Busters Refrain and The World God Only Knows: Goddesses as stuff I will definitely buy when the time is right, which is when I need to add something to get free shipping for something that I want that is in limited quantities, when I have cleared out my wish list, or on the last day of the sale, whichever of these events comes first.

As for other stuff, I am considering Eccentric Family, Time of Eve, and the Hanasaku Iroha movie, and I'm in a wait-and-see mode for these shows seeing that they are not things I absolutely must have. And then I'm waiting to see what Funimation and NIS America do for their holiday sales seeing that last year Funimation had amazing markdowns on their things. They say that they will have a sale, but whether or not it rivals last year's sale remains to be seen. As for NIS America, it was simply a gift with purchase, so I'm not expecting much from them.

Still, a few new things to add to my list, so that's good. As someone who's paid attention to these sales for a while, I should probably know this better, but how many "days" are we expecting to pop up? For some reason I can only remember back to it being 12 days (+the "secret" mega bonus day).

The sales used to be three waves before Thanksgiving, followed by the 12 days of sales and the Bundle of Joy that is the secret mega bonus day you were alluding to. But this year, things are working quite differently seeing that it's daily deals from the start with some limited time deals put in along the way. At this time, there's no indication of how many days there will be. The only thing known is that Dec. 27 is when it all ends.
