Which sites can this be done with?
Anime is not a right. It is a privilege, a consumer product, art, work for hire, a luxury, a hobby, entertainment.

Find me on Facebook and Follow Me on Twitter to see plenty of silliness in the anime and manga worlds and much, much more.

Do you want only free sites? Or are you looking for subscription sites as well?

both; looking for places where people can get access to legal manga releases.

I like the SigIkki titles, and the website has a good sample of the early volumes and then most of the comments of the upcoming volumes. http://www.sigikki.com/

VIZ also has the Shonen Sunday site: http://www.shonensunday.com/top.shtml (free chapters)

Yen Press has their online magazine: http://www.yenpress.com/yenplus/ ($2.99 subscription)

As far as I know, Netcomics still has their online reading going though I don't think there has been anything new added (?) in some time. http://www.netcomics.com/ (free 1st chapter, then 25 cents per chapter after that.)

And of course DMP has their emanga site: http://emanga.com/ (Fee system for some books)

All of these are subscription of some sort or another.

Yen Press has its Yen Plus monthly anthology online.

Viz has chapters of its Shonen Jump magazine online.

DMP has download digital editions of many of its manga.

Netcomics has its catalog available for online reading by chapter.

Edit: Arg! Totally beaten by Noodle.

Hah, I'm not the Czar for nothing! Actually though, I forgot to include the Shonen Jump selection for VIZ anyway. That they have 3 separate sites has always been a little baffling; I always forget one of them exists when asked.

(Just to be clear, separate sites for imprints isn't baffling, it's that it would be easier to set a re-direct to one place where all of their online offerings could be listed/hosted like DMP does for emanga, or something.)
