Strangely, Gekkan Shojo Nozaki-kun has been listed at Animate USA - link. From memory, they don't usually list import Blurays unless they include English Subtitles. Amazon Japan and CDJapan don't say anything either concerning subtitles. I sent a message to Animate USA to see if the release includes subtitles.

EDIT: And they confirmed, no subtitles. Still odd to offer it then on the US site.
