The disc 4 has a tv episode and unaired episode...so it threw the episode count off, I guess if thats what youre getting at.
Disc 6 has episode 10 and 11.

Ah, I see. Vol. 4 contains an unaired "episode 14" now that I look at it on Amazon. I wonder if that number will be chronologically relevant or if it's a side story taking place earlier in the series.
