Yay, a new update incoming. It should be an interesting one too, since a couple of the top 25 titles have been knocked off. I hope we have the same thing happen for the next update as well. Will they become quarterly updates? Then you can update just before new seasons start, and people begin adding to their lists or shuffling titles around due to new interests and license announcements.

I normally try for a few major updates a year (amongst smaller ones)

There's the New Year Update, the Pre-ConSeason update, and the Post-ConSeason update.

My list has gone eight months without an update. Hopefully things will be better going into the new year or it may end up going a whole year without update. Then again, maybe it's set up to be that way at this point as its down to only three titles I consider reasonably probable to be licensed (and you can never can tell: even those things may go unlicensed for a long time or forever). The upside is that almost all of my newer high favorites are licensed for home video upon simulcast or not too long after, so I don't have too many high-tier replacements waiting in the wings anyway.

*Checks* I haven't updated since roughly around the time that Hyakko got licensed. Which is also the reason for that update. Fun situation since I have series I want to add that haven't even aired yet. One of which won't air until Spring. Another has an undetermined date, but it's definitely not airing this season... I suppose I could remove some titles, but problem is when I remove stuff I feel like I'm basically giving up on the title. Yeah, weird attitude to have.
