    Episode 1

    Spycing things up.

It begins with Momo seeing the spies of Tsukikage in action seeing that she wants to be a policewoman when she grows up. Of course when she sees something shady going down with a couple of policewomen tied up, she just had to barge in and make her presence way too obvious. So after all that, she's now a member of Tsukikage, and it turns out that the power source of these spies comes in the form of special spices that work like drugs. The story is nothing too special seeing that a klutzy MC is so commonplace, all while the girls are the main draw, but it ought to be solid entertainment with a solid mixture of action, comedy, yuri and other things. And if the artwork looks familiar, this is the the same character designer as Yuru Yuri.

So as usual, through the trial procedure this show goes before making a decision.

      Episode 2

      Think like a spy.

Momo undergoes training as a spy, and she's got a lot to learn as she is easily tricked. But after some training from a retired agent who is now working as a supporter, has the basics down and is careful about almost every move she makes. And as for why the agents are all little girls, well that's because the spyce loses effectiveness as girls age. It was alright as seeing Momo struggling is something that gets old, but at least it was amusing. And now, Moryo is getting ready to strike as this criminal syndicate is up to something. But the girls there don't exactly look like the type of people capable of such maliciousness, but of course this is a sky show where looks are deceiving.

        Episode 3

        She's getting hotter.

Momo may have become a member of Tsukikage, but she's still acting on impulse as she messes up on an assignment, and the on another she deviated from orders that led to the spies needing to retreat, but she did enough to close the case. And then there comes the one against Moryo that operates much like Tsukikage, and they have special spyces themselves, and one that erases memories when stressed. Byakko may be small and cute, but she's a formidable fighter who is still a kid at heart. At least they got some lead, but no answers out of Byakko thanks to that gelatin drug that erases memories if things go awry.

So with that, I'll give this show one more episode as this is on the bubble and as much as I am enjoying it, unfortunately it's lost in the numbers game in all likelihood.

          Episode 4

          Not getting picked apart.

This episode is about Fu and Mei as they have been mentor and apprentice for quite awhile now. Fu has been acting impulsively, and that leads to tension between the two, and not to mention Mei not exactly being a good role model blowing the budget on "occasional" partying with snacks. But they just need to remember that specialized pick, and all is well. As for that guy that Fu ended up losing, he's back and the information the got out of him is connected to Moryo.

So with that, the trial period has expired, and I'm on the fence with this show. I probably won't continue given that this is on the weak bubble, but I'll need to sort things out, and I'll have a better idea tomorrow where things stand.

In this episode, Momo concerns me greatly with her desire to not be a burden. Thankfully she gets a bit better near the end.

              Episode 6

Theresea is a horrible character, the end.

              Episode 7

Hatsume has a moment with her apprentice who is jealous.

              Episode 8

Vikings don't work that way. Also, Yuki give Momo a speech about how she should run from any fight that seems too tough. Welp, you're not beating any powerful beings with that attitude.

              Episode 9

Yuki gives her backstory and both sides prepare for final boss battle.

              Episode 10

Just wow this episode. So you know how they kept screaming there's a traitor? It turns out to be Mei in theory. I say in theory because there's time for the redemption twist. In fact they sort of all ready gave clues to it with Mei's actions.

Mei :I'm super bad and betraying you. I'm trying you like crap. By the way, part of the deal is I get to keep you (you being Fuu). Also I'm drinking this gelatin that has a side effect of forgetting.

The situation is desperate and it feels like at this point they'd need outside help. Might I suggest the Lord of Nightmares or better yet Batman.

              Theory Time

The likely scenario is Mei will give a tragic backstory, She'll claim she's in it to deep. She must be punished aka killed by Fuu. Mei won't be killed but lose her memory forcing a reset. She'll become Fuu's apprentice or both will retire together. We might some vague clue moments.

Mei sheds a tear, does she feel guilt? Quick flashback, does she remember? Dialog towards Fuu that indicates hints of love? Think things like "My heart aches near her" for example.

We'll be told Tsukikage did one bad thing say um 700 years ago justifying Moryo being evil for the sake of being evil. Theresea will discover blatantly evil people are evil.

Cue time skip scene of Momo with the next generation of apprentices. Minus any retired or "retired characters".

                Re: Episode 10

So it's possible Mei might have been putting on act. To be fair, most of them were knocked out instead of killed. At least that's one theory. Still even if that's the case since I doubt Fuu is in on the act (if there is one), there will be some chaos. Oh that could make an even worse scenario, Mei trying to "explain things", Fuu doesn't trust her. Fuu causes Mei shock, bad things happen. Then Fuu learns the truth.

There's a lot that can happen. A lot of it hinges on the truth about Mei. A scenario where Mei is just putting on act for the greater good vs one where she's actuall evil, both of those can lead to horrible results. This of course also includes a middle ground scenario. One where she's both trying to do evil and yet wants to be good in the long.

An example of a middle ground scenario might be a person killing another for revenge, but after they have their revenge they allow themselves to be punished for it.

Ugh, this is going to be a long wait.
