In regards to the MMORPG Cross Reverie, Sakamoto Takuma boasted an overwhelming strength that was enough for him to be called the Demon King by the other players. One day, he gets summoned to another world with his appearance in the game. There, there are two people that insist "I am the real summon master." Takuma gets slave-turning magic used for summoned beasts cast on him by the girls―

However, the peculiar ability "Magic Reflection" is invoked! The ones that were turned to slaves were the girls!

Takuma was bewildered. He's the strongest magician but, he doesn't have any social skills. Panicking, the first words that came out were the ones that he used inside the game role-playing the Demon King?! "I'm amazing you say? Of course I am. I am Diablo... The one feared as the Demon King!"

This is the story the Demon King (acting) that would soon inspire the world and his other world adventure that he plunges through with his absolute strength, raise the curtain!

    Episode 1

That's a demon lord for you.

Pretty much, this has all the basic elements of a generic isekai show with a MC who gets transported into another world and ends up getting OP, all while he has lovely ladies by his side. That said, it was pretty funny to see things going down as Diablo sure took advantage of the situation in a big way having been summoned to be a servant to those girls, but because of that reflective ring he got on a limited edition quest that he ends up enslaving them instead. And there's no way a level 30 monster can beat someone who's level 150 as others will soon find out that it's a bad idea to oppose him. Anyway, that was a pretty solid start here as I got some good laughs out of it.

So with that, this show goes through the usual evaluation process and certainly it has promise, but the next couple of episodes will be the key.

      Re: Episode 1

For an MMO isekai show with all of the most generic tropes, this was an entertaining enough first episode. I'll stick with it for now to see if it has anything original up its sleeve, or if it just falls back on the worst tropes to make itself unwatchable.

        Episode 2

        This is not a game.

And Diablo becomes a full-blown pervert there as he can't get enough oppai there, especially with Shera's being so big. He finds out that this world is not exactly the same as it is inside the game as he will find that the divide between humans and demihumans is even greater, and there are none of those conveniences like teleportation and a map, all while there's no respawning after dying. And then about Shera as she's a princess who ran away from an arranged marriage and is siding with Diablo to make it not happen. Those elves trying to get her back thought they could take her back pretty easily there, but not even that special arrow can put a scratch on him. Pretty crazy stuff once again as Diablo is putting his OP-ness on display in a big way there, especially at the guild when he's so strong that the guild doesn't know what to do with him.

          Re: Episode 2

It's right on the line now, but I guess it's holding on well enough to keep me for a third episode. I don't imagine it will stay any longer than that if it continues on this trajectory, but still not bad for what it is.

            Episode 3

He's Fallen and he won't get up.

It's onto another quest, and Diablo has made quite a name for himself as not even the guild's top member Emile was a match for him. It's onto another quest where Diablo is showing off his overpoweredness, but given the number of enemies there that there was no way to overpower everybody there. So cutting right to the chase, he's fighting the leader Edelgard there. Well, while not as good as the first two episodes there, this one does a solid job in setting the stage for big things to go down here as Diablo fights Edelgard, a battle he should be winning pretty easily as it's the numbers that he's having a tough time with, and then there's Galluk becoming a fallen wanting to take his revenge against Diablo.

So with that, I'll give it one more episode as it's one of the many bubble shows this season. I have been enjoying it enough, but at the same time I am not getting a good feeling about the direction this show will go.

              Re: Episode 3

I think that's probably enough of this show for me. It's not bad for generic ecchi harem MMO isekai, but it takes something special to be worth watching with all of that piled on top, and this does not look to be that show. Still kept me entertained well enough for a few episodes, so that's impressive enough, and the production values are generally pretty decent, especially when it gets into more sensual scenes. That's about the highest praise I can give a show that shows so little initiative for originality.

                Episode 4

                He's just one man.

Diablo got himself into quite a dire situation there as he was out fighting off against a formidable army, all while Galluk was out to kill Celestine and Rem. While Emile was holding down the fort, he just wasn't powerful enough, all while Diablo was fighting Edelgard and she stubbornly refuses to surrender knowing that she can't win against him. So Diablo unleashes wone of his most powerful spells to defeat Edelgard, and the return magic works this time to get back to the city where his mirror magic was all he needed to defeat Galluk. Diablo sure is living the dream there as he goes to show just how overpowered he is once again, but at the same time he can't be in two places at once.

So with that, the trial period is over for this show, and I'll have to sit down and figure out which way I want to go with this show as it's one of the bubble shows. While the show just screams of being a generic isekai, it has done a great job of being entertaining.

                  Episode 5

She's got a bounty on her head.

And everybody is coming after Shera, all while Diablo is entrusted with a quest to stop the war from breaking out. It's not going to be easy seeing that the elves are hellbent on bringing Shera back, and while Diablo is powerful, he's just one man. He gets some allies in the knight Alice, as well as Emile who will do everything to protect a girl, and they helped take care of those bounty hunters. Those enemies were rather pathetic, but nevertheless it goes to show that Shera is being targeted.

                    Episode 6

Like a giant ball of yarn.

Diablo goes into a slave market to try to remove the slave collar, but it turns out to be too much for him and Shera as it involves stripping Shera down into a skimpy outfit and Diablo having to fondle his way into her soul, and even with that, a large amount of energy is required to untangle those yarnballs inside, which is too much even for his power. And then Shera's brother Keera comes in wanting her to come back and not wanting to resort to violence to get her back, but as it turns out he just wants to make her his own incestual thing. Pretty interesting development there, though the whole war over Shera thing has dragged out too long.

                      Episode 7

                      What is she really thinking?

So Shera decides to go back home as Keera has come to take her home. Except that it wasn't her decision as Shera used the mind-controlling flute to get her to submit so that she could be turned into his personal sex doll. Diablo knew that this wasn't really what Shera wanted, so he goes out and overpowers all the small fries to get to rescue Shera. But of course, Keera fights back and he's doing so unleashing the kingdom's ultimate weapon. Man, that Keera dude is such a creep, and the kingdom is definitely a rotten place when somebody like him is a prince and doesn't give a damn about Shera's well-being, or the kingdom for that matter seeing that he's willing to go to war just to bring her back.

Re: Series up through Episode 7

This remains a fun series to date, with fan service fun, but actually some very different worldbuilding and issues. Considering I'm just going through World of Warcraft's latest expansion, and the number of times I died getting from 110 to 120, and since hitting 120, it makes sense that levels would be different in a world where there is no rezzing.

As to the rest, this show has some great and fun characters, with fun OP and ED numbers. The 2 main girls, Rem and Shera are great fun, especially Shera, and not just because of her bust-size. She'd be my fav of the 2 if their bust sizes were reversed. Her air-headed optimism, naivity (I prefer it over the in-show character's description of her being stupid, lol) and outlook on life makes her just a fun character.

So, while not great, this is a solid and very fun isekai world, with more fun clearly yet to come, just from the OP and ED.

                          Episode 8

How not to start a war.

Diablo fights off not one but two formidable foes that gave him problems, but he just needed to find their weakness and with his OP-ness they were no match. First off is the hydra monster that Keera summoned and it had two abilities when in the game they can only have one. He just needed to locate the core, and it's finished. But then Galford comes in and kills Keera and was waiting for the elves to start a war, as well as for Diablo to be worn out to strike, but while he would have easily overpowered a lower-level fighter, not Diablo as his movements were all too easy to read. And then Diablo is learning for the first time how it feels like to be drunk seeing that he's not of drinking age going to show that he doesn't handle it very well.

Another demon lord is among them.

Now that everything is squared away on Shera's end, it's only natural that the attention shifts to Rem, and as it turns out she has a demon lord sealed within her. As such, she's being targeted by the paladin Saddler, and he's out to hunt the demon lords and those who worship her. Even if he saw Alicia's association as just a joke (which in truth is not since she's only trying to help hide Diablo), he still can't overlook it. While he's a level 100, he still was no match for Diablo being turned to stone by his own magic. It will be interesting to see how Diablo proceeds from here having learned Rem's secret and all.

                              She, a demon lord?

The time has come for Diablo to defeat the demon lord Krebskulm, who is sealed away inside Rem. But what they didn't expect was that this demon lord is a loli who doesn't seem to be dangerous at all seeing that inside the game Krebskulm is supposed to be the most powerful boss. So instead of a battle, Diablo adds one more to his growing harem as all she wants to do is eat biscuits. Pretty funny how things turned out as everybody was prepared for the worst, but they were totally surprised at the end result.
