Pretty good image there. Of course, I need to see the whole package first before making an informed judgement for Aniplex releases.

The only thing better than anime is sports. Get hit hard and you got JACKED UP! Or else it's a C'mon Man!

Disappointing that it won't get a fancy box of any kind, but at least the artwork for this franchise is always beautiful itself.

I would have preferred a nice slipcover over those artcards.

It’s a shame this isn’t getting anything to degree of their recent Fate/Stay Night movie release, but at least it’s getting a release. It easily could have fallen by the wayside like Mushi-Shi.

The artwork there looks great. Of course, it's nothing compared to the amazing release that Aniplex gave the Heaven's Feel movies, but at least it's getting a release, and it has some fine artwork accompanying it.

It's a nice cover for sure, but seems so bare, considering all of their other releases (with no LE option of any kind).

I wonder if they’re testing the waters with the release of the movie. Perhaps since Seasons 1-4 were previously released by NIS America, they’re probably seeing if there’s still interest in the property is my guess.

Yeah, that would make sense. Seasons 5-6 are still only streaming so if the movie bombs, we won't see seasons 5-6 nor a re-release of seasons 1-4. I like the cover, but Nyanko-Sensei's familiar form would have made it more awesome. At least we get that in the art cards!

I'd love to see a re-release of the first four seasons on Blu-ray. Is this a viable entry point into the series?

Seasons 3 and 4 have previously been released on Blu-Ray. They can still be found on RightStuf and Amazon.
