Hello everyone, in order to get the nomination process started I will release the rules.
PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY!

Rules:

1. All titles requested for nomination must be appointed in this order:

Category To Be Nominated In: Anime Title : Season End Date/DVD Release

2. The minimum items that can be in a category is 4 items. The maximum is 6 items for a specific category. Anime of the Year is exempt from this rule.

3. The top 4 requested titles will be nominated automatically.

4. In the event that the lowest of the top 4 is tied with any other title, a run off will occur to pick the best out of the titles it tied with.

5. The 5th and the 6th title will only come under these conditions:

-------a) To be nominated, a title must reach at least 80% of the total number of nomination
----------requests of the top requested title of that category.

Example: Title A received 10 votes, Title H received 7 votes, and Title X received 8 votes. Title A is the highest. This means Title H will be ineligible for nomination, as 80% of the top requested title of the category equals to 8 votes (80% of 10 votes is 8 votes) and it only has 7. Since Title X has 8 votes, it is eligible.

-------b) It has not tied with the lowest of the top 4 selections.

6. The Category List is by no means exhausted or specific, rather it generalizes things into categories. If more than 4 series in a specific genre do come up, the category will be recognized for the year specifically. Otherwise it will be omitted.

7. No flaming, trolling, or any derogatory content permitted.

8. No adult title nomination requests will be accepted.

9. These rules are subject to change.

10. Have fun!
