200 issues of a comic is a lot. Even more when the title is done by one man. Fred Perry has been drawing Gold Digger since 1991 and shows no signs of stopping. Gold Digger chronicles the exploits of the Diggers sisters, Gina, Brittany and Brianna and started as a sort of Raiders of the Lost Ark style of adventure, mixing in science fiction and fantasy elements, time travel, comedy, drama and a host of characters from all walks of life. I discovered the title a few years ago when I discovered two books (Gold Digger bricks 1 and 2) which contained the first 50 issues and a bought them as they looked interesting, and I haven't looked back since. Fast forward now and issue #200 just came out (200 counting the first 50 black and white and the last 150 color issues). The 200 doesn't include either the original mini-episodes that appeared in Mangazine or the four issue mini-series that preceded the launching of the main series, but that's not a big deal, at least not to me.

For issue #200, Fred did two covers, one for the regular issue and one a limited signed cover, both featuring different front and back foldover artwork. I've attached scans of both issues which I received the other day.

Even better, Fred and Antarctic Press have generously posted PDFs of the first 199 issues online FOR FREE!!! You can't beat that with a stick. Now if you'll excuse me, I've got me some readin' to do!
