Today is the NFL Draft happening in Nashville this year, and as I do every year I post my own mock draft here getting ready to see players figuring out where they will be starting off their careers. As always, the mock is one round with no trades.

1. Arizona Cardinals - QB Kyler Murray, Oklahoma
The Cardinals took Josh Rosen last year, but with a change at head coach, Kliff Kingsbury gets his guy and that means Rosen gets traded. After the success of Baker Mayfield, who came out of the same system as Murray at Oklahoma, it's no wonder scouts were drooling over him and convinced him to play football instead of baseball. Rosen was terrible last year, but he was thrown into an impossible situation and while the Cardinals are willing to move forward with him, Kingsbury wants his guy.

2. San Francisco 49ers - DE Nick Bosa, Ohio State
The 49ers have been acquiring defensive linemen, but none have the game-changing potential that Bosa does as the they lacked a presence at the edge. While Dee Ford will be a great help, Bosa will turn this defensive line into a force to be reckoned with.

3. New York Jets - DT Quinnen Williams, Alabama
The Jets are looking to trade down after giving up a lot to get Sam Darnold. Should they decide to stay put, Williams is by far the best player on the board and will become a force to be reckoned with on that defensive line.

4. Oakland Raiders - DE Josh Allen, Kentucky
The Raiders are a team that could potentially trade up to get Murray or Bosa with all the extra picks they have stockpiled while taking the 2018 season thinking about becoming competitive when the team moves to Vegas. Should they stay at 4, the best defensive player on the board is who the Raiders will take, and in this case it would be either Allen or Ed Oliver. Since the Raiders need an edge rusher badly that Allen is the guy here.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - LB Devin White, LSU
The Bucs defense was just a mess and it didn't help that they passed on a stud safety in favor of a massive defensive lineman where at least they had talent there. After losing Kwon Alexander in the offseason, the Bucs get someone who can step in and be an impact player from the get go.

6. New York Giants - DT Ed Oliver, Houston
While quarterback is their biggest need, the Giants are looking to use the 17th pick acquired from the Odell Beckham trade to get Eli Manning's successor, all while using this pick on their front seven. The Giants really like Oliver, so he is the pick here.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars - TE T.J. Hockenson, Iowa
The Jaguars need playmakers on offense if Nick Foles is going to have success in leading this team with a stacked defense. The Jaguars are especially lacking at tight end, and Hockenson is one of the safest picks in the draft, so he makes a lot of sense here.

8. Detroit Lions - DE Brian Burns, Florida
The Lions are in need of defensive playmakers to run Matt Patricia's defensive style, and while getting Trey Flowers is a great start, adding Burns will make them more formidable after impressive showings this offseason.

9. Buffalo Bills - T Jonah Williams, Alabama
Josh Allen didn't stand a chance as the Bills offensive line had him running for his life. Williams is a great fit for a team that is in need of blue chip players to protect the quarterback.

10. Denver Broncos - LB Devin Bush, Michigan
The Broncos quarterback situation has been a mess ever since Peyton Manning retired as both Paxton Lynch and Brock Osweiler flamed out. That said, getting Joe Flacco allows the Broncos to look elsewhere and

11. Cincinnati Bengals - QB Drew Lock, Missouri
With a new head coach comes a new QB as Andy Dalton's time in Cincinnati is soon coming to an end. While it remains to be seen when the Bengals are going to get their QB, it's a big need at the most important position.

12. Green Bay Packers - T Jawaan Taylor, Florida
The offensive line was a huge problem area last season as Aaron Rodgers was taking his shots. Getting a top offensive line prospect like Taylor will go a long way seeing that he's getting up there in age.

13. Miami Dolphins - DT Christian Wilkins, Clemson
The Dolphins need a QB, but they are going all-in to tank for Tua or one of the other highly-regarded QBs in next year's draft. So in building towards that, they instead take the BPA here, which Wilkins is. This is a hot spot for a trade.

14. Atlanta Falcons - G Cody Ford, Oklahoma
Matt Ryan just kept on getting whacked as the team struggled to get their offense going.

15. Washington Redskins - QB Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State
There's no knowing if Alex Smith will ever play again after that horrific injury. But even if he can play again, he is getting up there in age and the Redskins will need a QB of the future. They really like Haskins, who is from the DC area, and while they might have to trade up to get him, there's a great chance he's going to end up with the Redskins one way or the other.

16. Carolina Panthers - DE Montez Sweat, Mississippi State
The Panthers badly need an edge rusher, and Sweat would be a great fit seeing that he measures up well, but his heart condition is why his stock is falling. Tackle is also a possibility as Cam Newton got beaten up and is entering the season with questions about his health.

17. New York Giants - QB Daniel Jones, Duke
After going defense with the first pick, the Giants get their preferred choice of QB here in Jones. The Giants are going to roll with Eli for one more year giving Jones the opportunity to sit and learn.

18. Minnesota Vikings - C Garrett Bradbury, NC State
The Vikings offensive line was absolutely a mess and after paying big money to Cousins, they need to get him some protection. Center was especially a big problem area as Pat Elflein is better suited to play guard.

19. Tennessee Titans - DE Rashan Gary, Michigan
The Titans are another team in need of an edge rusher, and Gary is the best of them remaining.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers - CB Byron Murphy, Washington
The Steelers have holes on defense needing help at LB, as well as secondary. Between those two positions Murphy is the best player on the board at this point.

21. Seattle Seahawks - DE Clelin Ferrell, Clemson
The Seahawks are a team looking to trade down, but it's less of a priority after getting a huge return trading away Frank Clark. But that opens up a need at edge rusher and Ferrell was someone who probably would have been a top 10 pick had he came out last year.

22. Baltimore Ravens - C Eric McCoy, Texas A&M
The Ravens are another team looking to trade down, but should they stay put they will have to address the interior of their offensive line.

23. Houston Texans - T Andre Dillard, Washington State
DeShaun Watson got hit way too many times, so improving their offensive line is of utmost priority for the Texans.

24. Oakland Raiders - RB Josh Jacobs, Alabama
The Raiders need someone to carry the rock as Jon Gruden loves to run the ball. Jacobs is by far the best RB in this year's draft class.

25. Philadelphia Eagles - WR Marquise Brown, Oklahoma
The Eagles need a long-term deep threat for Carson Wentz as Nelson Agholor is due to become too expensive to keep, while DeSean Jackson is just a short-term fix.

26. Indianapolis Colts - DT Jeffrey Simmons, Mississippi State
This is a player with top 10 talent, but he suffered an ACL injury that will sideline him for most of next season.

27. Oakland Raiders - CB Rock Ya-Sin, Temple
The Raiders get a physical CB with this pick as Jon Gruden likes these kinds of players.

28. Los Angeles Chargers - DT Dexter Lawrence, Clemson
The Chargers need help at interior on their offensive and defensive lines. Lawrence represents the best value at this pick.

29. Seattle Seahawks - WR N'Keal Henry, Arizona State
With Doug Baldwin's health a question mark that the Seahawks will need to find a guy who can be Russell Wilson's go-to guy.

30. Green Bay Packers - TE Noah Fant, Iowa
The Packers go with another BPA pick here, and Fant is a guy who can help Aaron Rodgers rebound from a disappointing season.

31. Los Angeles Rams - G Chris Lindstrom, Boston College
The Rams get their replacement for Rodger Saffold with this pick.

32. New England Patriots - CB Greedy Williams, LSU
Chances are the Patriots will trade out of the pick as Bill Belichick is known for doing. But should they keep the pick, Williams would be a steal.
