Went to mandatory CPR training today and learned of some changes to the whole procedure since I last was certified.

The instructor pointed out the goal is at least 100 compression a minute (swear it was lower when I last took CPR.)

Those looking to keep the pace can time their compression with the beats in the Bee Gee's seemingly fittingly titled "Staying Alive."

Or ironically one can time their compression to the beats in Queen's "Another one Bites the Dust".
